Rushell Bacchus is the founder and owner of Refined Dental Resources LLC. After more than two decades in dentistry, she created Refined Dental Resources to bring together two things she knows firsthand: the needs of dental practices and the challenges dental professionals face when searching for the right opportunity.
That experience on both sides of the staffing equation is what makes Refined Dental Resources different. Rushell doesn't approach this work as a recruiter — she approaches it as someone who has lived it, and who understands what's at stake for every practice and every professional she serves.
Based in Roswell, GA, Rushell works personally with every client and candidate — because to her, this work has never been transactional. It's relational.
